User Reviews of Grant Park Dental Group

Grant Park Dental group is a SIX STAR DENTAL PRACICE

I visited Grant Park Dental Group two months ago, and i wish i had words to express the overwhelming and satisfactory care i received from the staff; in particular Dr. Pitmann. i am someone who is extremely afraid of the dentist, but my visit to grant park dental group has eliminated those fears. when you desire a dentist who is caring, helpful and kind please visit Grant Park Dental Group. Dr.Pittman's staff take the time out to go over the entire procedure and cost before the initiated any effort to undertake the procedures. to even make things better i never had all the money and they worked out a payment plan for me. by no means, and without reservation i observed Grant Park Dental Group as a "Five Star Dental Practice". if you want to experience outstanding customer care and satsfaction please visit grant park dental group

I cannot imagine going to a different dentist.

i am the most satisfied client in the world.i visited grant park dental group on July 02, 2008 and i had the best dental experience in my life. i am from Georgetown DC and i moved here seven months ago. i live all the way in loganville Gwinnette county and drove almost 30 to 40 miles to visit Grant Park Dental Group. a friend of mine refered me to Dr.Pittman. i have no regrets about the visit. i am now telling al my friends about the care i received. the staff went over everything with me including the cost for the different treatment plans. what i love most is the environment that they create. it is one of comfort and trust. i really feel comfortable with Dr.Pittman, she is so soft and caring. above all i felt that my presence was very appreciated. the grant park staff went above and beyond to ensure that i am very satisfied. going to grant park for my oral checkups is like going to the spa for relaxation. grant park dental group is a 10 star dental group. i love the care i received there.

avoid at all costs

I recently developed a very serious abscess associated with work done by Dr Pittman. The pain began on a Fri afternoon and worsened throughout the wkend. I called her answering service repeatedly for guidance and advice. She NEVER returned a phone call. I ended up in the emergency room where I underwent extensive tests (CAT scans, EKG, etc - all resulting from the seriousness of my condition)...I now face oral surgery I would otherwise not have needed. Dr Pittman is by now fully informed of all that has resulted from this nightmare and shocking as it may seem: has not yet called - not once - to communicate any level of care, compassion, concern. She has made no attempt at all to contact me regarding my suffering. I am out of work for a week at least, have had to enlist the care of friends and family to care for my two young children...on and on. I could not have a more negative review and have to say that among all medical professionals I've ever encountered or known, this one is the worst by a landslide. But she sure will like your money. You should see what she drives.

Used Car Sales techniques

I'm in sales and I felt like I was given the hard sell. Before the dentist even looked at my teeth she started talking about all the cosmetic work she could do. Then, she billed me for services. Sa

Shop around for a better dentist

This dentist's office is stressful. Wait times are long, they do not explain charges or procedures, and are condescending to patients. If you are looking for a professional and friendly dentist and de

Unbelievably bad

I went here for a regular cleaning as a new patient and after waiting for 30 minutes to be seen was bullied into having x-rays taken to determine the type of cleaning I needed. They absolutely would

Horrible experience

I feel horrible for the actual dentist here. She was amazing (very great at explaining things and gentle touch), but her staff is horrible. It took me 3 hours to have x-rays taken and my teeth cleaned
